Pašman, Tkon building plot with a sea view. A building plot of 2,004 m2 in a rectangular shape with dimensions of approximately 28m x 71.5m from the sea and the beach, which is currently being reconstructed and arranged, about 150 meters wide street. The land, essentially an olive grove, is gently sloped towards the sea with an unobstructed view. The land, in accordance with the provisions for implementing the spatial planning of the Municipality of Tkon, is suitable for the construction of one or more residential buildings as well as auxiliary facilities.

Three mixed goods shops, two butcheries, a fish market, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, taverns and restaurants, cultural monuments, well-maintained sandy and rocky beaches, cycling roads and mountain trails, viewpoints from which there is a view of both the northeast - Pašman Channel and the southwest - Middle Channel and Kornati archipelago, as well as numerous entertainment and sports events in recent years, make this old fishing and farming place one of the most sought-after Adriatic destinations.
